ENVIRONMENTAL LICENCES

Please Note : The lower tier licence is £35.00 (+VAT) and does not have an expiry date. Therefore you are not required to renew this licence. However this licence only allows you to transport waste you've generated as a busines activity (This Does Not include building , construction or demolition Waste. If you transport these waste types please apply for an upper tier waste carrier licence using the tab above having the incorrect licence may incur fines of up to £5000). An example of someone who generates their own waste as a business activity would be a gardner who cuts the grass and transports this away with him. However if the gardener was also collecting waste like Soil, Broken Slabs,  Fencing Panels, Rubble then he/she will need to apply for an upper tier waste carrier licence using the New Application tab above.
